Sense

Ancestral humans had exquisitely tuned senses.  Sensitivity to the environment was essential to survival.  Observers of the Kalahari Bushmen in Africa describe how they could track an animal for miles with the subtlest signs.  Our senses have been dulled by our modern environment and this has dulled our brains as well.  Restoring our sensitivity helps our brains function better and makes our experience of the world richer.
